Now, more than ever, we understand that our Clients need reassurance for their travel plans and 100% Financial Protection for holiday bookings made with travel companies.
We offer 100% Financial Protection on ALL bookings including flight-inclusive packages (via our ATOL) or any other packages (through our Client Trust Account).
FINANCIAL PROTECTION & THE CLIENT TRUST ACCOUNT
As a starting point, we provide the airport transfers and accommodation element of your holiday (ground arrangements) to which you or we can add flights. Most of our clients now opt to book their own flights and airlines are now offering flexible booking conditions. Where we book flights for you (which are protected via our ATOL), flights will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier – usually flexible, however our hands are tied here in being able to offer a 100% refund. We will confirm any flight terms and conditions at the time of booking.
100% Financial Protection on your Holiday
As a member of the Travel Trust Association, we have operated a Client Trust Account since 1999 that offers 100% financial protection to you, the customer. All monies paid to Snowscape Ltd are paid into this Trust Account and only released once you return from your holiday. In the unlikely event of the insolvency of the company, you will either receive a full refund or your holiday will go ahead as planned.
We cannot access the Trust Account to cashflow our everyday overheads and your monies remain 100% protected. The Trust Account scheme was pivotal in being able to promptly process re-bookings, credits and refunds in March this year when the last Winter Ski season was curtailed.
SNOWSCAPE - THE FUTURE
We are a small, independent Austria Ski Specialist Company and have been trading since 1999 and will continue to do so. We are well capitalized for the Winter ahead and have always worked on the basis of quality over quantity when it comes to our Holidays.
As a Tour Operator, we are currently guided by the actions of the FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office) as to when and where we can safely operate. In the event that you cannot travel due to FCO restrictions, we will be obliged to re-book, credit or refund your holiday costs.
