All of our ski weekends and short breaks are tailored to your requirements in terms of resort, hotel, duration and price range. From mid-range weekends to top-end luxury ski breaks with private transfers, please contact us with your requirements for a personalised quote.
Save time and budget ahead by pre-booking lift passes, equipment, lessons and guides prior to departure. Our Resort Managers will pick up your lift passes, arrange your ski hire and sort any lessons in our staffed resorts. In our other resorts, we’ll send vouchers with your final travel information.
We can arrange private instructors and on and off-piste guides by the hour, half-day or full day.
Our holiday prices are competitive with packages that include a wide selection of resorts and hotels, efficient airport transfers and quality in-resort service. When you book with Snowscape, you’ll enjoy a personal and professional service from our UK office and benefit from our excellent local connections and first-hand resort knowledge.
The majority of our holidays are now for shorter, tailor-made breaks and, for this reason, we publish guide prices for Ski Weekends – see right – and also for weekly 7-night stays. These are intended as a guide and we would ask you to please contact our office for a full holiday quotation based on your exact requirements.
Our prices usually include the accommodation and airport transfer element of your holiday to which either we or you can add flights.
Our price list is in PDF format which can be viewed with Acrobat reader. If you do not have Acrobat reader, please download the free version from the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).
As a small, independent ski holiday company we do not need to hold a large flight allocation. And, with the increase in flexible ski weekend breaks we provide, we simply buy in flights to Salzburg, Innsbruck or Munich as required from the airport of your choice.
So, we can either offer scheduled or charter flights or you are welcome to arrange your own flights (either using up air miles or taking advantage of the low-cost carriers) and book the remainder of your package with Snowscape. Links to who flies where can be found on our frequently asked questions page. We also offer flight-inclusive weekly packages as agents for other tour operators.
We offer generous discounts for groups including discounts on equipment hire. The larger the group, the larger the discount - please contact us with your requirements.
We understand the pressure of cost on family skiing holidays. Hotels in Austria offer generous discounts for the 3rd and 4th person / child sharing in a triple or quad room and, un-like some other operators, we do pass this on. These discounts apply up to 15 years of age and vary according to the resort, hotel and the child’s age. Free lift passes are often available for children. Please contact us for children’s prices.
We offer reductions and discounts for groups, early bookers and returning guests. Discounts also apply for the third person sharing a triple room and this varies from hotel to hotel. Please contact us for details.
For the purposes of our price guide, airport transfers by minibus taxi (minimum 4 passengers) or coach typically direct to resort are included from Salzburg or Innsbruck (Salzburg only for Saalbach and Innsbruck only for Stubai, St Anton, Serfaus and Sölden).
For a small supplement, and depending on the size of your party, we can also offer airport transfers from Munich (Germany) which has good flight options for the Kitzbüheler Alps region. A small supplement may apply for transfers with less than four passengers and private transfers can be arranged on request.
You can also opt to make your own way to resort by train or hire car in which case a reduction would apply where airport transfers are not required.
We provide Resort Manager representation in those resorts where we feel you need them most, namely Fieberbrunn and St Johann in Tirol. Their brief is to be attentive yet not intrusive and they provide as much support and attention as you desire to make the most of your time on and off the slopes.
For all other resorts, we provide comprehensive pre-departure information packs and our Austrian Resort Managers are contactable 24 hours a day by mobile phone should you require any assistance.
Hiring a car at the airport offers flexibility and we offer airport car rental that includes winter tires and snow chains, ski racks and GPS if required. Driving to Austria from the UK is around 700 miles from Calais. A reduction applies to our prices where airport transfers are not required.
Something that is often overlooked yet essential for travelling overseas and, in particular, when enjoying Winter Sports. It is a condition of booking that you and all members of your party are adequately insured and we will ask you to confirm this at the time of booking.
